The kennels are built in and tiled, instead of the typical metal cages, to provide comfort and an at home feel. Music is provided at a level that feels like the tv is on or someone is home having a conversation. Also comfortable bedding, food bowls, and water buckets are provided.
  • Can my dog socialize with other dogs during their stay?
Yes! Dogs are placed in customized playgroups based on size and temperament to ensure safe socialization. If your dog prefers solo play, they will have their own private yard for exercise and relaxation.
  • What should I bring with my dog for boarding?
We recommend bringing your dog’s food (clearly labeled with feeding instructions), any medications with instructions, and current vet records if not provided prior. If they require a special bowl to eat please bring that as well. If they have a favorite toy or blanket you wish to bring we just ask that their name is clearly printed on it so we can ensure they stay with your pet. Please do not bring bulky bedding, rawhide bones, or knotted bones due to safety concerns. We do provided all bedding, food bowls and water buckets for your connivance and pets comfort.

Yes, our trained staff will administer medications as long as they are clearly labeled and accompanied by instructions. There is a small fee of $1 per medication, per day. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist dogs that need insulin shots as there can be to many changes for them in a kennel environment and could be come a safety issue if they are to excited to eat.
  • What if my dog has special dietary needs?
We do customized dinning for each dog. If your dogs food needs to be refrigerated, heated up, special toppers or added medication we can do that. On check in please provided instructions for feeding and let us know if anything needs to go to the fridge right away or freezer for extended stays.

If they are close to a heat cycle when you wish to board, an emergency contact must be provided and they would need to be picked up if they come into heat during their stay. If your emergency contact is unable to be reached or unable to pick up our pet, they may be put into isolation and additional charges will be applied.
