Open for boarding check in and out from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
No Daycare
Holiday Appointment & Deposit Policy
All holiday appointments require a deposit to secure your reservation:

$40 per kennel booked for most holidays

$50 deposit for Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings
Deposits must be paid within one week of booking to confirm your reservation, or day of if inside one week of holiday. Deposits will be applied toward your final bill if you keep your reservation.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Please note: Holiday reservations often fill up quickly—typically one month in advance for most holidays, and up to two months ahead for Thanksgiving and Christmas. If we’re fully booked, we’re happy to add you to our waitlist and will notify you if a spot opens.
Tours
To ensure we can give you the time and attention you deserve, tours are by appointment only—scheduled during quieter times when we can properly answer your questions and show you around without the rush of check-in and check-out.

Monday - Friday
Open 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Check In: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- There is a $15 early check-in fee if arrival before 11:00 AM
Check out: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- All boarders charged an additional day if picked-up after 12:00 PM.
- If pet is scheduled for a bath on day of pick-up no additional days will be charged.
Saturday
Open 9am - 12pm / 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
All Check-In and Check-outs during this time
*there are no early-fees on Saturdays
Sunday
CLOSED (staff is onsite but closed for arrivals and departures)
Open between 5pm-6pm for courtesy pick-up and drop-offs. By appointment only
*All boarders are charged for Sunday

From Business Hwy. 35, turn onto Freeze Lane. At the stop sign, turn right onto Portia Ave. Continue following the road as it curves left and becomes Lamar Drive. Shortly after passing the RV park, you’ll see our sign. Pull into the second driveway marked with an entrance sign.
